Courage has experience in the financial sector spanning more than 9 years, He joined Kreamorn Investments (Pvt) Ltd in 2012 as a loan consultant and rose through the ranks to become the Operations Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Applied Mathematics with National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe (2011). Currently he is pursuing a Master of Science in
Big Data analytics with Chinhoyi University of Technology. Courage is also a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK)
